Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders placed with Salty Salt are processed within 1–2 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded) after your order confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking details.
Shipping Within EU & US
We currently ship EU & US only.
- Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days once the order leaves our warehouse
- Carriers used may include DHL, Hermes, or UPS.
Free shipping offers — if applicable — will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- The original packaging must be sealed and undamaged
- You must provide proof of purchase
Because Himalayan pink salt is a sealed food product, it cannot be returned once the seal has been opened — this is for health and hygiene reasons.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for returns request
- Photos of the product, if relevant
You must receive approval before returning any product. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item arrived damaged or defective, Salty Salt will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your request is approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, we will notify you.
✔ Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 60 days of return approval.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a prompt resolution.
